How Does Exosome Therapy Work?
Exosomes are microscopic nano-vesicles naturally produced by stem cells. These powerful messengers carry essential proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids that communicate with skin cells, encouraging tissue repair and regeneration. By delivering growth factors and key nutrients, exosomes help reset cellular function, improving overall skin quality and resilience.
Why does integrating Microneedling give optimal results?
At iSkincare, we integrate microneedling with our exosome treatments for optimal results. Microneedling creates microchannels in the skin, triggering the body’s natural healing process and boosting collagen and elastin production. These channels also allow for deeper penetration of exosomes, ensuring they reach the target cells effectively. This combination significantly enhances skin rejuvenation and accelerates visible results.
How Does TargetCool Technology Enhance Delivery?
In addition to microneedling, we also utilise TargetCool, an advanced device that enhances the delivery of exosomes into the skin. TargetCool works by precisely cooling the skin, reducing inflammation and increasing the permeability of skin cells. This allows for deeper penetration of exosomes, maximising their regenerative effects while also minimising discomfort and downtime. The cooling effect also helps to reduce redness and accelerate recovery, making it an excellent complement to our exosome therapy.
What to Expect During Treatment?
- Preparation – A topical anaesthetic is applied to minimise discomfort.
- Microneedling or TargetCool Infusion – Exosomes are applied during microneedling or driven into the skin using TargetCool for enhanced absorption and cellular response.
- Post-Treatment Care – Exosomes remain on the skin for 6–8 hours to maximise their regenerative effects. We complete the session with LED light therapy to further support skin healing and rejuvenation.
What are the benefits of exosomes?
- Stimulate collagen and elastin production.
- Reduce pigmentation and inflammation.
- Improve skin texture, tone, and hydration.
- Accelerate wound healing and repair damaged skin.
- Enhance skin elasticity and firmness.
- Support hair growth in thinning areas.
Is the Exosome treatment painful?
The procedure is well tolerated, as we apply a topical numbing cream before microneedling to ensure your comfort.
How many treatments are needed?
How many treatments are needed? For best results, we recommend an initial course of 3–4 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments every 3–5 months as needed.
When will I see results?
When will I see results? Initial improvements can be seen within a few weeks, with full collagen remodelling and long-term benefits developing over three months.
