All treatments are carried out by Rachael or Sofia, both of whom are qualified medical practitioners.
Do you offer a consultation service?
At iSkincare, we believe in truly understanding your concerns and goals. That’s why every new patient receives a thorough consultation before any treatment. Our easy online booking system allows you to schedule a consultation so we can assess your individual needs and create a personalised treatment plan. Existing patients can also book directly online for our full range of treatments.
How safe are your treatments?
At iSkincare safety is our number one priority. All the treatments offered and products used have a long and excellent safety record and are carried out by an experienced Medical Practitioner. However, every procedure carries a risk which will be explained fully prior to any treatment. These procedures are typically considered to be very low risk and the majority of any complications experienced will resolve spontaneously over time.
Are the treatments painful?
We are renowned for ensuring treatments are as pain free as possible by not only injecting gently and carefully but also using topical anaesthetic where necessary, cosmetic injections are usually associated with minimal discomfort.
Is iSkincare Save Face accredited?
Save Face is a government-approved register of accredited practitioners who provide non-surgical treatments, and Iskincare is proud to be on the register with our fellow industry leaders. Save Face assess each practitioner and clinic, only registering those that meet the high standards, to ensure you are treated by a safe, reputable non-surgical cosmetic practitioner.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes we have beautiful gift vouchers which are ideal for any occasion such as birthdays, Christmas or just a treat for someone special. We will post the gift voucher either directly to you or the recipient for any value specified. If preferred we can email a voucher too.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We take a £50 booking deposit for all new appointments, including consultations. This amount is fully redeemable against all treatments and products, or refundable if you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule outside of this window, or choose not to proceed, the deposit will be retained to cover the practitioner’s time.
